The Administrative Support professional provides day-to-day operational assistance to ensure smooth office functions, efficient communication, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database updates.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
